My coaching philosophy focuses on the transformational approach helping players develop their cognitive and motor skills within the decision making, with a game’s approach.
In the individual training, I am using tools like meditation, mindfulness and visualization to make the player ready and aware of his body and perception.

Started coaching in my 20s, I have a bachelor in Physical Education at the University of Naples “Parthenope” and licenses as “Allenatore” and “Istruttore Minibasket” with the Italian Basketball Federation (FIP) and as a physical trainer with the “Barça Innovation Hub” certificate in Basketball Training Process Optimization.
Many experiences in Italy with men’s and women’s teams:
as a first assistant coach, responsible for video and scouting of the opponents in the Italian A2 Women’s League with Dike Basket Napoli and as a head coach for the youth program (U13 Regional champions, U17 National finals).
Two times in a row regional champion as an assistant coach with U19 men’s team with Collana Basket. Two seasons as a head coach of Serie C and Serie D men’s team with VBF Casavatore and SC Ercolano.
Developed a 4 years youth program with Real Napoli Basket at the end of which I won a regional championship with the U18 team as a head coach.
Spent the last few seasons in Denmark as a head coach for Vejen Basketball Klub 81, winning two senior championships in a row, moving from Division 3 to Division 1 and coaching in Falcon Basketball in Copenhagen participating in the national championship with the U17 team.
Currently living in Sardinia, Italy, hired by the club Azzurra Basket Oristano as a technical director of the mini basketball and youth program, and physical trainer of the youth program and men’s team.
Collaborating with Basketball Immersion as a basketball coach for the Immersion camps in Poland.
